Delightful Marriott Villas

This Newport Coast property is one of the best in the Marriott group. The units are comfortable and well equipped. Best of all is the service at this guest friendly resort. From arrival at the resort to assignment of unit, all expectations are met and surpassed. Any issues that arise are handled immediately. The staff at the pool area are efficient, friendly and helpful. The pool bar staff even makes it a point to remember your name and your drinks. Having the property bus to take you around the property every 20 minutes is so convenient. Location is ideal with wonderful shops and restaurants close by. Fashion Island is only minutes away and the beaches wonderful. I would return here often if available. Thank you Marriott GM and staff for making my time with you truly memorable.”

We had a really great time down in newport. This place really has a lot to offer. Classes everyday, shuttles to beaches and shopping... They have it dialed in really well. The pools were all great temperature, not too cold at all. The rooms were nice. Overall we had a really great time down there. We plan on going back.”

What a GREAT place!

We've been going to Newport Beach for years! We LOVE waking up and hiking Crystal Cove every day. We walked 7-15 miles a day and got in a great workout there too. The pools are amazing. We loved this place and will be back!”

We loved the Marriott Newport Coast. It was an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful location. The villa was large and very clean and up to date. We had a view of the pacific ocean. There were many activities available for active families. We were centrally located for any Orange county activity, but away enough from the traffic that it was peaceful. Highly recommend this place!”

Amazing Views

The property is beautiful, the pool, and grounds are lovely. Lots of activities, Yoga, Golf, Tether ball, Giant Chessboard, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, & much more... The units themselves are dated. We were told they were starting to do renovations... It is needed, the couch was threadbare. The view made up for it though, as we spend the mornings & evenings with sunset views of the Pacific ocean, golf course, and Catalina Island. ”

Fun for bringing family together

We had a great time at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. It was wonderful to be able to invite our family to join us. We were there during Halloween weekend so we brought our grandnieces to the planned festivities on both days which included a scare fair, a scavenger hunt and costume competition. The staff were all in costume and made it very special. We had requested an ocean view, high floor and it was granted. The accommodations are very nice with two terraces (one with a table) overlooking a panoramic view of the ocean. There was a pull out double sofa bed in the second bedroom, just right for my niece, husband and kids to bunk in together, while we had a lovely master suite with a large tub and separate shower. There is no restaurant for breakfast, only a coffee shop with egg sandwiches and the like, but with full kitchens that was not really necessary and Pavillions grocery store is a short ride away. We did enjoy lunch at the pool bar. It was good to be located close to the main facilities so we didn't need to drive to go the the main building and pool. Newport Beach has many wonderful restaurants and the Southcoast Mall has EVERY high-end designer boutique in one place! We will definitely return.”

This condo was just great. It is definitely geared towards families with its proximity to Disney Land. My husband and I were alone and enjoying the beach. The staff was just fine. Pool area lovely. The space is great, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding and beautiful linens. Our unit was very quiet with an ocean view. I would return to this property.”
