Several comfortable, plush couches (one is a double size sleeper sofa) and two supple leather armchairs provide an cozy place to relax by the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the large flat screen TV (with DVD player). Behind the lounge area you'll find a dining table with a glass top table that seats 6. Lounge or dine with fantastic view of the lake and mountains, which you can see via the deck that is accessed by sliding glass doors.

The kitchen is well stocked and simply immaculate, featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, an over-size Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 5-burner range, and granite countertops. There are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter for additional seating as well.

All bedrooms are finely appointed with premium linens and towels. The great room and three bedrooms have stunning views of the lake, as do the three back decks. Crystal Bay Lakeview is a home for those who want to immerse themselves in all of Lake Tahoe, from the views to the local happenings.

The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and second level deck access with lovely views, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen tv is on the main level. Bedroom 3 on the second lower level has a queen bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the lowest level and is fitted with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. It also has deck access and an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms Have iHome devices. Three of the bedrooms (excluding bedroom #2) enjoy expansive lake views!

The home boasts 3 large decks which contain a gas BBQ, remote controlled awning, and patio dining furniture. Also provided are top quality white towels, white linens, duvets, down comforters, and pillows. Other amenities include air-conditioning, wireless internet access, ping pong table in garage, and a 2-car garage. Pets are considered, but please inquire first to discuss as prior written approval is required.
