Villa Belize

This brand new fabulous vacation home is unBelizeable! Constructed in April 2015, this 3 story custom beachfront resort like home boasts 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, 5,000 sq. ft., and is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach over looking the Caribbean sea in Placencia, Belize.

The residence has a privacy fence with a driveway gate. The interior is decorated with local art, outfitted with brand new furnishings fully furnished. Custom high end construction is complete with natural stone flooring throughout (no carpet in the home.)

Step into the formal entry area on the ground floor, where you'll find a large game room with a built in wet bar, pool table, and three of the five bedrooms (each which have private baths).

Ascend to the second floor to read a huge, open kitchen with and island and breakfast bar and a large open dining room which leads outside to two large covered and open patio dining areas: one overlooks the Placencia Lagoon and Maya Mountains, and the other looks over the pool and ocean. Also on this level is a large private quest suite over looking the ocean complete with its own private covered patio with pool and ocean views.

The top floor is a massive private master suite with an ensuite bathroom, complete with an oversized jetted tub, outdoor shower, and huge covered and open patios with sweeping views of the ocean, lagoon, and mountains.

Outside on the ground level is where the main outdoor entertainment area is located. This massive space includes several patio lounge and dining areas that surround the large, gorgeous private pool (volleyball net available for the pool as well!)

We are located 1 mile south from the Placencia Hotel and 1 mile north of Maya Beach. The home is uniquely located in upscale area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Placencia Village and air strip.
