Nice Staycation!!!!!!!!!

We live locally and used this as a staycation. The home worked for us with the highlight being the outside pool, jacuzzi & covered hut! Being on the water with a dock was nice as well as we had friends with a boat that came to pick us up right from the backyard. We did have some confusion with our check in date/time, there was workers present but eventually left. They did come back a few days later to work on some steps in the rear but I called Lisa (property manager) who immediately took care of it.”

I took my granddaughter and another preteen to this home in Florida. They loved the pool and the swinging beds. We had more than enough room in the house and enjoyed the location on the waterway. We had friends who picked us up in their boat right at our dock. Nice beaches were close by and anything you might want. We made a day trip to Lincoln Road in South Beach for shopping. If we needed any info about the house, Lilly was quick to respond with the answer or a solution. Because it was so perfect for my granddaughter and her friend, I give it a five star rating. ”

Really enjoyed the week-perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable and Jordan did a great job of taking care of us. Even buying us coffe and juice so we had something for the am. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool was fabulous! ”

FOR, WHAT WE WANTED AS AN OLDER COUPLE AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF KEYS USED WE GIVE THIS PROPERTY A FIVE STAR REVIEW. THE POOL IS VERY CLEAN AND IN A PERFECT SUNNY SPOT WITH SWINGING DAY BEDS. WE LOVED HAVING OUR COFFEE ON THE CANAL WATCHING THE FISH GO BY. YOU COULD RENT A BOAT HERE OR FISHING POLES. KAYAK ACCESS IS A LITTLE TRICKEY BECAUSE THE WATER IS LOWER THAN,THE DOCK BUT FOR YOUNGER ADULTS PERHAPS EASIER. WE FOUND GOOD RESTAURANTS AND ITALIAN DELIVERY. BECUASE WE HAVE BEEN ALL OVER FLORIDA WE MADE A TRIP TO PALM BEACH AND SPENT TIME IN FORT LAUDERDALE. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK FOR MORE PURE RELAXATION.
