The second-floor offers a chef's style kitchen with ample seating around the granite counter and bar, along with the large, rustic farm table. Your family and friends can keep you company from the open-concept family room and kitchen area while you prepare a meal together.

Enjoy the fabulous views of the community through the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that wrap around the living and dining room areas. These have been customized to maximize natural light and the lovely views surrounding the home. Step out onto the veranda and sit back while you enjoy the outdoor grill with the family. Also on the second floor, relax in another large master bedroom with a luxurious private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and its own deck to escape onto. Climb the stairs to the third-floor tower room and discover even more ocean and beach views to take in. Sleep soundly in the high twin bed decorated like a ship’s stateroom. Wake up and step out onto your own balcony to greet another gorgeous day at the many beaches around Port Aransas.

This lovely home also offers a private getaway above the garage in the carriage house. This master suite features a queen bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet and sitting area. Step out onto the private deck here with an oudoor seating area overlooking Kiera’s Pool.
