There are three bedrooms in total spread through the three floors of the house, providing guests with privacy during their stay. The design is bright and coastal and the property is light filled.

The bottom floor has a landscaped outdoor patio and grill area, and the second and third floors have ocean views from the walkout decks. Boasting a welcoming ambiance created with a California touch, the home emulates true, West Coast luxury at it's finest.

Sliding glass doors throughout the home, allow you to bring the outside in and take advantage of the soothing ocean breezes. Breathe in the sunshine as you drift further into relaxation.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils. Extending into the dining area, the kitchen counters flow into a bar top with seating for two.

The garage is spacious with ample room to store surfboards and beach gear. The property is just a short walk from the beach. Guests are welcome to use the beach chairs and beach toys are in the garage.
