This home is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who also enjoys the modern comforts and luxuries of home. This well appointed home features an open layout and soaring ceilings with exposed beams that make for the perfect spot to entertain guests. Floor to ceiling windows complete the home, allowing guests to take in the panoramic mountain views from every angle.

Whether guests need to prepare a quick snack or a four course meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you'll need. Outside, you'll find a gas grill and a wood-fired pizza oven to give you even more unique options for mealtime.

When it comes time to sit down for dinner, there is a long, wooden table with seating for ten in the dining area that is adjacent to the kitchen. If you are lucky enough to be here during the more temperate months, enjoy your meals outside and sit around the outdoor dining table!

The bedrooms of the home are well spaced out and very spacious. The master suite features a king sized bed that faces gaping windows, making for a great way to welcome the sun in each morning. Three of the guest bedrooms are fit with queen beds and the fourth is fit with two twin beds, which is great for kids.

The opportunities for excitement never end with additional amenities like a hot tub that occasionally gets camouflaged by the white snow, a fitness room that can also be used as the perfect spot for yoga practice, ping-pong and foosball tables, art supplies for the youngsters, games, puzzles and a sled hill right in your back yard!

Steamboat provides plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained. In the winter, in addition to skiing the famous Steamboat ski resort, you can also skate-ski or cross-country ski at two locations, both within just a short-drive from the house. You can snowshoe the many hiking trails in Steamboat, go snowmobiling, or spend a day skiing the backcountry with local snow cat outfitters. There are also kids activities at the base of the ski resort and all around town. Enjoy a soak in the waters of the Strawberry Hot Springs in a beautiful forest area just 20 minutes away. Soaking in the natural hot springs of Colorado is bucket list material if you've never done it!

In the summer and early fall, you can golf, play tennis or go fly-fishing on the beautiful Yampa River. There is an abundance of hiking trails all around Steamboat and the surrounding mountains. If you are a cyclist, Steamboat has amazing mountain-biking and road cycling options for riders of all levels. There are many festivals in the summer to enjoy, Strings in the Mountains, the Steamboat Botanic Gardens, the Steamboat Rodeo and of course, world famous horseback riding.
