Two levels of wrap-around decks, one boasting a screened in porch with ceiling fan & comfortable wicker furniture, offer magnificent views of the surrounding Cape Cod woods and outdoor pool area below. The decks of this home are so large that you will never have a problem finding that quiet nook perfect for sunbathing, reading a book or taking a nap under bright blue skies. Plenty of outdoor dining options are offered up to you when you step into the private yard of this home. An open-air gazebo with bench seating & a small table overlook the pool patio with an 8 seat dining table, umbrella & gas grill. Lounge chairs, an outdoor shower & Adirondack chairs accompany the gorgeous inground pool. Escaping into the shade to cool down a little bit is easy to do with a plentiful treeline surrounding the perimeter of this nature lover's oasis.

Bedrooms are bright & plentiful in this home. A master bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a stand up shower and soaking tub. An additional half bathroom is located right of the main foyer. Bedrooms two & three on the lower level of the home have a queen size beds. A fourth bedroom on the ground level of the home, perfect for the kids in your group, boasts a twin trundle bed in addition to a twin-over-full bunk bed. The lower level of the home boasts 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and double sinks & one with a shower stall. If the chilly Summer breeze through the surrounding trees at night is not enough to cool you down, one 2 ton mini-split cools the main living area, AC window unit in the master bedroom and ceiling fans on the lower level should do the trick. An open concept kitchen & living room will be a gathering point for the family during your stay. Cathedral ceilings and oversized windows compliment beautiful light wood furnishings & countertops. The kitchen is spacious & fully equipped with all of the amenities that you would expect in a home away from home. Mornings are made easy with a toaster, gas range & drip coffee maker to help serve up a delicious breakfast that can be enjoyed around the dining table that can accommodate 8 of you. The house will sleep a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Children must be able to swim. Please, no toddlers.
