We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoyed the pool and patio during the warm afternoons, took walks in the lovely neighborhood and played games in the large great room each evening. Spacious Home

The home is very spacious and in a great location...the 3rd hole of the PGA West Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. While the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean upon arrival, housekeeping of the common areas needs to be improved. There were alternatives, but one each of the coffee makers, microwaves and stoves did not work. Listed as a 4 bedroom, one of the extra bedrooms uses and is accessed through the master bathroom/suite. It is perfect for young children or an all guys/gals trip, but not for another couple. Despite these issues, our group of 3 couples had a great time! ”

Palm Springs Breeze is an outstanding home for you and your family! 3700 sf of spacious rooms, high ceilings, and wonderful king beds. A fun backyard with pool and BBQ overlooking the 2nd hole on the Nicklaus house. We look forward to returning some day soon. Owners are very nice and responsive! ”

Perfect Home for our family trip!

My family spent 6 nights at this Palm Springs Breeze 3rd home in early January 2018. We enjoyed our stay so immensely. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It was so nice that the kitchen was well stocked with all types of dishes/pans/appliances you might need. There was plenty of room for my family to hang together or go find a quite spot to read. In fact it was so comfortable, we ended up having all our dinners in. Steve was always accommodating and quick to respond. I enjoyed our telephone conversations. The area is just spectacular in January. The weather during the day is perfect for hiking. The evenings cool enough to make the hot tub a good place to relax at the end of each day. The flowers in and around the home were well cared for and abundant. Not to be missed – Joshua Tree National Park, Ladders hike in Painted Canyon, Flight Museum, Living Zoo (if you have small children) and Moorten Botanical Garden (small but really neat). Also do not miss sampling the dozen or more kinds of dates at the Oasis Date Gardens. ”
