The Estates Lodge combines the best of location and a well-appointed mountain home. You'll find that this property is a rare gem for the Tahoe area because of the incredible and easy access to nature. Since the property is on a private road and backs up to the forest, guests can conveniently access hiking, snowshoeing, biking, snowmobiling and many other great recreational activities right out the back door. With this privacy, you'l find a secluded and serene setting for outdoor BBQ's and entertaining with family and friends.

In the summer, guests can easily walk to hiking and biking trails along with easy access to the North Tahoe Regional Park that has a kids' play structure, sports fields, a disc golf course, tennis and basketball courts and much more. The house has all the appointments that even the most discriminating guest will appreciate. And in the winter, of course, you'll find an endless amount of world class skiing across the many amazing ski resorts the Tahoe area boasts!

The main level features the gourmet kitchen with Thermador commercial appliances, cherry hardwood floors and a spacious island with granite counter tops for meal prep and entertaining. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room for easy conversations. The living room offers a rock fireplace, cathedral pine ceilings and tasteful furnishings. This main level also features two bedrooms and a half bathroom.

The split level area contains the family room/media room with a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV & DVD, Wii and a back deck featuring a new six person hot tub.

The upper level features the master suite, complete with a gas fireplace, spacious master bath with heated tile floors, soaking tub with lovely views of the forest and a walk-in shower. This level also has a laundry room and the bunk room with its own bathroom for convenience.

There's also a convenient suite above the garage that provides privacy and can serve as a "Mother-in-law's quarters." This 700 square foot suite has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom and living area with a leather couch and flat screen TV. There is a separate sleeping room with a queen bed.
