This brand new contemporary home is a true gem. Just minutes from the best skiing, mountain biking, and hiking in the United States, this home is situated on a 3-acre private estate. The modern home, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, was built in 2017 with one goal: showcasing the stunning views. This goal was realized and the end result is truly spectacular.

Custom walls of windows make the mountain and city view the focal point of the home. In the great room and kitchen, the aluminum storefront windows expand 20 feet high and 50 feet across, with a 10-foot tall sliding door that opens 12 feet wide in order to maximize outdoor living and leads out to a patio with a yard and pool fit for entertaining large groups in summer. It even boasts a oversized outdoor screen and high quality projector for outdoor movies that can be watched from the pool. The home has a modern aesthetic throughout. The state of art kitchen has an oversized island with bar seating and opens right onto the dining area. There is a table with seating for 12. The living room features a concrete fireplace and several large sectionals, ample space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure. All of the furniture is low profile to not obstruct the tremendous views.

The two story master suite offers an upper sleeping loft with 12 foot high windows to capture views of Little Cottonwood Canyon, Bell Canyon, and Lone Peak from one side and stunning city views from the other side. The en suite bathroom is a stunner. After a day of exploring you will look forward to experiencing the custom shower cube. The glass encased shower area offers a steam shower, rain shower, waterfall shower and body jets. There is also an oversized freestanding soaking tub, large enough for two.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the room have queen size beds. The other two bedrooms are bunk rooms, one with four twin beds and one with two twin beds. There are seven major ski resorts less than an hour from the property. In addition, there is an abundance of other winter activities including, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice climbing and snowmobiling. Utah Olympic Park is 30 minutes away and offers ice skating, bobsledding, Nordic and freestyle ski jumping.
