Fantastic rental for Winter Park!

Our family stayed for the week leading up to Christmas and couldn't have been more pleased! The location was very convenient with only a 10-minute drive to the Winter Park base; 5 minutes to restaurants and the local community center (pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, etc); and 5 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. The home has beautiful views of the mountains and is well-appointed. Our kids especially enjoyed the 4-bunk room and 6-person hot tub. The owner was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

Wonderful Ski Trip

It was a wonderful trip. The house is beautiful -- large, well decorated, great architecture, high quality construction -- on a mountain side looking down into a valley and across onto the ski slopes. The location is very convenient -- only a few minutes to town and the resort. The owners were also very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended. ”

Winter Park Ski House

We had the best Christmas ever in this beautiful snow covered custom home! It was like stepping into a Christmas postcard only better. Warm fires, breathtaking views of the mountains,( especially from the spacious jacuzzi); Our grandsons loved the cowboy bunkroom. Convienient location to the slopes; to the forest to cut down our own Christmas tree; and to create our own sled runs. Couldn't recommend it more highly,”

Fantastic vacation get-a-way!

The home was very comfortable and beautiful. The views of the mountains and area are incredible! It was tempting to never leave. However, we toured the Rocky mountain Park which was very convenient and hiked the trails in the area. The trails in the subdivision were very easy to walk to and were actually better than the Rocky Mountain Park trails. Beautiful wild flowers, forest, streams, and mountain views were right at your doorstep on the many trails.”

Favorite 3rd home!

I have stayed at a lot of beautiful 3rd home properties and this by far was my favorite. The home is so beautiful and comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The owners were also the best, so sweet and accommodating. Thank you Jack for opening up your home to me and my family. I hope you allow us to come back one day. ”

Beautiful House and Gracious Hosts

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Jack and Susan's home in Winter Park (Fraser). Jack and Susan were extremely gracious in providing information about their home and the area in advance of our trip, and accommodating a change in our travel dates. They were also very prompt in responding to a couple of minor issues. As vacation home owners ourselves, we totally understand that there is always something needing attention. The home is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully appointed. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!”

Surpassed all our expectations and hopes

Winter Park Ski House in Fraser, Colorado surpassed all our expectations and hopes. This property is truly spectacular. It offers unrivaled views of the Rockies, thanks to its impressive floor to ceiling windows. It has been designed and finished with impeccable taste and no doubt a tremendous amount of hard work has gone into the building of this fine home. It is no surprise that this property was the 2008 Grand County Parade of Home People's Choice Award Winner - it truly deserves it. To top this all off, the owner himself is an absolute pleasure to deal with. No question raised was ever an inconvenience, and any issues we came upon were dealt with immediately. We were all very sad to leave this fabulous home, and hope that one day my family and I will have the chance again to stay here. Winter Park is an ideal resort for families, and would also not hesitate to recommend it as a perfect family destination. ”
