This elegant home has four large master suites, plus a 6th smaller bedroom equipped with two Queen beds. There is a new bunk bed room to sleep 4 as well. All beds have high-end mattresses, towels, and linens. Two of the spacious master bathrooms have large jacuzzi tubs and all have top-of-the-line fixtures. The other master suite has an additional large private outdoor shower with a lounging sofa.

All master suites have screened elegant shutters, ambient soffit lighting, as well as walk-in closets.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful solid wood cabinetry and Viking stainless steel appliances.

Choices for on-site dining include a large granite island in the kitchen, a formal dining room that seats up to 12. Dine outside under the covered veranda or under the pergola by the pool and barbeque. There are plenty of great restaurants both inside and just outside the gates of Punta Mita.

The house has three flat screen TV's where you can watch movies or satellite U.S. stations. Wi-Fi is also available as well as Vonage telephone which allows you to make and receive free phone calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. There is a Media Room and a Game Room with a bar and beverage cooler, a game table, and sitting areas. The new fitness room offers high end equipment.

Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated infinity pool with three levels. Relax in the jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and the ocean below the green, or sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or the outdoor queen size canopied day-bed by the pool.

Our home has beautiful white water beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is just a 100 yards from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the whales.

A five minute walk along the beach will take you to a small village where you can find many outstanding beach-side restaurants, rent a surfboard, charter a fishing boat, go whale watching, snorkeling, or do a little shopping.

You can also zip around in our golf cart to your choice of three beach clubs, the fitness center and the tennis club. You can take the little folks to the 'kid's club' at the Resident's Beach Club, where you can dine, snorkle and enjoy the sunset.

Francisco will personally pick you up and return you to the airport in our new 2013 Suburban.
