Kid-friendly touches include a first- floor master bedroom (with a cradle close by for infants) that is connected to a child's room by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom, with more bedrooms on the second floor.

Family gatherings will reach an all- time high when you enter the third-floor living and dining area. After the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower, and take the party outside to the private "splash" pool for a cookout on the grill. Or take your large gathering down to the community pool for an afternoon in the sun!

At sunrise and sunset you will see amazing gulfviews that encomass the coastline.
