This THIRDHOME retreat is a private and tranquil mountain getaway. With a spacious open floor plan, windows galore from the master bedroom, kitchen, screened in porch, living room and open air dining porch with table seating for 8, you'll feel right at home. We are perched at 3,700 feet which gives a true mountain feel. We provide covered parking with a small golf cart garage.

The Mountain Air Community provides you with golf, tennis, hiking, a runway, an on-site movie theater, childcare, 2 restaurants, swimming pool, and a mountain top extreme treehouse with gazebo for picnicking and hammock. 3rdHome members will have golf privileges during their visit. Host will need the names and contact information of everyone who will be visiting as they will receive temporary member passes to be used for charging privileges. All golf expenses must be paid by credit card at the pro shop.
