November 2013Villa Tequila Gold
Great house with ocean view patio, hot tub and outdoor dining. The caretaker, Gabby, was a great addition to our week as well. All the bathrooms were well accommodated and the kitchen was perfect. Just a short walk to the owners beach club where we ate when we were not making food at the house. Highly recommended”

June 2013PARADISE!
The house was beautiful! The pictures really show what it is going to be like. The only thing I didn't realize that was great was that there is a large room off of the downstairs pool table game room. That room has a movie screen, a ping pong table and an air hockey table. So if you are going with kids ITS GREAT! The 5th bedroom was a room with 2 twin beds and a full bath that was a seperate entrance from the main house. The door is right next to the main entrance of the main house. So it is located in the front of the house. The 4 bedrooms in the main house all had King size beds. There were 2 master bedrooms on the main floor and the downstairs bedrooms were just as nice with smaller bathrooms. When we arrived Gaby and Manuel greeted us. Gaby was the housekeeper who was at the home daily from 9-12 or 1pm. Manuel was the Maintenance guy and stayed along with Gaby. They stocked the house with groceries before we got there. That is a $50 charge and they shop at Costco for a lot of it. So if you do that, make sure you are specific about exactly how much of everything you want. Every other meal we ate out. There is a great liquor store 5 minutes away. The pool at the house was temperature controlled. Not just the Jacuzzi. So that was so nice. The Punta Bellena beach club was beautiful and pretty empty late morning through lunch. Service was great. We had the whole place to ourselves most of the time. We ate lunch there everyday and had drinks. Then the afternoons people would start to come. Excellent food and service. You need a reservation to eat dinner there. We couldn't use the Esperanza beach club but it didn't matter because the Punta Bellena Beach club was so nice and private. The actual beach at Punta Bellena and at Esperanza is a shared beach. You access it from Punta Bellena Beach club which is walking distance from the house. The beach is breathtaking, but you can only walk down there or get a massage, not swim. That didn't matter to us. We still played in the sand. The Esperanza Spa is open to you. The restaurant at Esperanza was incredible!! We ate there 3 nights. You need a reservation but can actually make one at the gate entrance on your way in. We had our kids with us so we just ate at the bar area where they have tables instead of the fancier restaurant area. It was beautiful and delicious. They sent our kids home with wooden turtles every night and we ordered smores for desert. They have a table in that area that has fire in the middle and you sit around and roast marshmallows on it. Its really neat and some couples were doing it too. Very romantic. I highly recommend going and staying as couples or with your family. We all had an amazing time. ”
