March 2024Beautiful room and property
The room was very nice. Great amenities. The property was well maintained and safe. Transportation on property was also very good. Food and drink prices were very expensive. ”

October 2023Amazing food, staff, service. check in not great.
The food is absolute amazing as well as the customer service staff and amenities. The property is very well maintained. Be prepared to walk as everything is spread out and all the walkways weave through the trees (very beautiful). One day we walked 8 miles! We adjusted our stay to arrive after the hurricane and got confirmation but check-in was a terrible experience. They assigned our room to us and told us we could only get in at 5pm. After speaking with a manager, they did let us in and the room was already ready. Also, check out, they tried to once again charge us the resort fees and i had to show confirmation of previous payment. I felt a bit nickel and dimed with the tram and other attractions costing extra money. All in all an amazing trip.”

April 2023Nice rooms but far from beach.
The resort is nice but the rooms are literally a mile walk to the beach. There is a gondola that will take you to the beach but they do not let 3rd home renters use it which is ridiculous. If you are going to this resort I would suggest you make sure you are in one of the buildings closer to the beach. ”
