February 2022Royal Grand Luxxe Villa Nuevo Vallarta
Nice room in building 6. Since we came in through exchange, only got 2nd floor, but didn’t expect much more. View towards PV. Room opens up nice. Best for 2 couples or family of 4. Plan on eating out as kitchen small (2 Mini fridges). Service was good. Have access to roof pool and Quinta restaurant on top of building 5 which was very nice. Spa but a short walk. Was well worth the $. ”

January 2022Bad Experience
They did not have our reservation when we arrived and because it was a weekend did not actually confirm our suite until Monday. They blamed the issue on ThirdHome, when it was not ThirdHome's fault. Also, the view from the suite was over a construction site.”

November 2020No-go
Huge, tourist'y place. Check-in took two hours. Safe didn't work in room, 1.5 hours to fix on check-in. A/C problems all stay they didn't fix -- called to have fixed while out of room, but they came at 6:30pm when trying to relax in room. Lots of resort closed for construction (almost entire beach) not disclosed in advance. Food ok, but very expensive and inferior to off-site restaurants. The "sales pitch" is a god-awful life suck and the benefits are a farce and restricted. We booked excursions through resort and found out the up-charged the fees from 3rd party excursion company, "Vallarta Adventures", by 30%, then gave us "10% off" for "VIP Card" from sales pitch -- very unprofessional, even for time-share pitches. People were great! Was sorry we chose it, but we didn't let it get us too down. Do N O T do the sales pitch under any circumstances. I would have paid thousands to not do it in retrospect. They swore an "hour", it took three.”
