For a movie night, head to the media room to luxuriate in comfortable, theater-style seating as you watch.

The elegant, polished feel of the home carries through into the open-concept kitchen, fully stocked with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals for your guests. One king suite includes a bunk bed, and the fourth room on the second floor has two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds. The third floor has three king suites as well, one with a twin-sized trundle. The last bedroom upstairs is an exciting bunk room, with two sets of bunk beds and a foosball table for late night entertainment!

If you love the indoor kitchen, the state of the art outdoor kitchen will blow you away! Perfect for a poolside cookout, let the grill master fire up the barbecue while watching the kids splash around in the refreshing waters. The spacious deck is enclosed by a six-foot stucco wall and landscaped with lush, tropical plants, creating a perfectly private setting. Laze on one of ten plush sun loungers or catch your favorite sports team on the 47-inch television!

Guests will have access to the Frangista community pool, complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded, as only select Frangista homes have access. The neighborhood also features a 400-yard private beach, which you must have a code to access. You’ll love the privacy of this amazing community!
