November 2021Frustrating visit due to maintenance issues!
Below is a log of the maintenance issues, in summary... A few updates for you on house, which has been a struggle during these past two weeks. We have had some success in getting things repaired and back to functional use, but there are still several serious issues that need to be resolved by the maintenance team. Below are items that have been repaired since 11/16/21... Outdoor Front Entry fountain and light, garden fountain and light Courtyard fireplace electronics, ignition and gas valve/remote controller Back yard Viking grill was rebuilt, almost completely, Viking undercounter ice machine, refrigerator Outdoor TV removed by maintenance during rain, I assume returned sometime this week Outdoor firepit ignition system repaired Garden lights now 99 percent functional Outdoor mosquito fumigation, including courtyard and laundry, outdoor bathroom Indoor bedroom 4 slider repair, still not right! Living Fireplace now functional, remote needs to be reordered Flickering LED bulbs changed Unresolved issues... Infinity edge pool sump overflows onto the lower patio/fire pit aea, creating a giant pool of water on the white stone deck, which has ruined it...the maintenance team has attempted to repair 5 or 6 spots of missing stone, but there are still about 32 that need to be repaired. We moved our wedding to another house due to the fact this area was flooded completely! According the pool staff 11/12 have this issue, and it is known to be a problem! The Control4 home automation system is horrible, it is hardly functional. As far as playing music, never going to work properly! The water chiller A/C system is new, however, between this house' unit and the one next door, it ruins any chance of enjoying the courtyard for relaxation, as well as the swimming pool, if the wall fountains aren't running...no resolve on this issue at all. ”
