VILLA ROSA (R)

This stunning seven bedroom villa extends over 16.000 square feet on three floors, in one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza.

The property is really easy to access from the motorway and it's about 25 minutes away from Ibiza town, the clubs and the beach restaurants. Total privacy is guaranteed at all times, as the villa is tucked away behind a big gate.

Villa Rosa is absolutely sleek and modern on the outside, while the tastefully decorated interior feels homely and vintage. The layout is totally open plan, and wide glass windows/doors allow for lots of natural light to shine in brightening up all living/dining areas.

You can catch some seriously stunning views of the sea and the lighthouse on the horizon from the master bedroom on the top floor. There is a ladder going up from the room to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy an ice cold beer as you take in some truly spectacular sunset views.

The main three bedrooms are located in the basement: here you'll also find a cinema seating up to 30 people as well as a spa area with hammam, infrared sauna and a fully equipped gym.

Villa Rosa includes its very own nightclub: it is brand new and has its own private entrance with its own toilet setup. Guests staying at the property will of course be able to access it directly from the house. The Club has one of the best sound systems in the island and hosts several famous DJs on a regular basis.

There are seven rooms in total: the master room and the main guest room have very large beds (bigger than a king), and the other ones are queen size. There are nine bathrooms in total as well as fast Wi-Fi and TVs in every room.

Concierge service and extra staff can be arranged upon request. The property doesn't have any CCTV but security cameras can be set up if need be.

The garden and the outside grounds are absolutely as stunning as the main house itself: here, amongst the palm trees, you'll find a luxurious tree house with underfloor heating which extends over three floors and can accommodate up to five kids.

There are miniature ponies on the property grounds as well as a lovely Polo pony. There’s also vintage carousel (from the ‘50s, fully functioning) for the kids to enjoy, a trampoline in the playground as well an additional sand play area with swings.
