After taking in the scenery, head to Moulin du Calanquet, a working olive mill for an olive tasting and a browse around the well-stocked shop. Then drive to Avignon, where you can sample some of the region's best wines or pop into Les Halles to stockpile on olive oil, saucissons and chèvre.
