Our modern, well-appointed, four bedroom home is beautifully situated in a warm, quaint, family-friendly community and golf resort. Only a few blocks from home, you have full access to our own Bear Trap Dunes 27 holes of championship golf, impeccably maintained by Troon Golf, and full restaurant and clubhouse. Take a short walk or ride our bikes to two large outdoor, and one indoor, swimming pools, a state of the art fitness center and tennis courts, available for an activity fee. Many more wonderful golf courses are also nearby, including our sister course, Bayside, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

Minutes away is the local town of Bethany Beach, a small ocean side village loved by families who stroll the boardwalk, lay out on the warm, sandy beach, delight in homemade ice cream, enjoy tax-free shopping, and hear live music performances by the sea at the Bethany Beach Bandstand. Nearby are secluded coves on the bay for crabbing and boating.
Local beach towns feature terrific restaurants ranging from top chefs to the local specialty: Maryland crab houses.

The area is well known for deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, kayaking, crabbing and jet skiing. For bikers and hikers, there are many safe, long trails through pristine woods and peaceful farmland. The broad beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just ten minutes away.

Evenings will begin with gorgeous sunsets across the bay, and continue with award-winning, waterside dining in Bethany, and close by Dewey, Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. Afterwards, sit back in a rocker on one of our porches or cuddle up by the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate, a good book and a cozy blanket.
