Kelowna Luxury Penthouse

Location location location! Vacation in style in wine country right on the lake in this one of a kind 3000 sq ft penthouse, with sweeping views of the lake and 16 foot high vaulted ceilings. This unique house comes with two swimming pools, sauna, gym and games room. Walk out the door and you are right on the beach!

Location is everything! Walk or ride bicycles along the seawall to restaurants and activities in downtown Kelowna that are just 5-10 minutes away. There are over 100 wineries in this region to explore. Bring home wine and enjoy a glass on your own private balcony while watching the sunset over the lake. Barbecue and cook a meal in our cherry wood gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Relax after a long day of wine tasting, boating or sunbathing in the huge Master Bedroom with a king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private ensuite with a rain shower and aromatherapy steam room. In the fall attend fall harvest dinners and relax in front of our warm fireplace.

The second master comes with its own private balcony where you can lounge on the daybed, large closets and access to its own bathroom.

Our generous loft can comfortably sleep four people in two queen size beds. The loft has its own private full bath with soaker tub and private sitting area and office space.

The downstairs has an open floor plan that features our gourmet kitchen, a walnut wood dining table, venetian chandelier from Venice, large 55' TV with surround sound and Foosball entertainment area.

Guests have access to the entire property which features two swimming pools, a hot tub, large sauna, a gym and an activity room. There is also a large outdoor BBQ area overlooking the lake.

The house comes with two private underground parking spaces.
