Second Floor - offers a Master King Bedroom with private ensuite bathroom; another King Bedroom with private bath; this joins with two separate Bunk Bed Rooms that share the bathrooms with the other two rooms (total of 4 Bedrooms/2 Baths)

Third Floor - offers two Master King Bedrooms each with their private ensuite bathrooms (total of 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths)

Lounge outdoors in the exquisite (heated upon request) pool area with its travertine paved deck, three waterfall spill-overs and built-in seats; relax and soak up the sun upon the chaise loungers and enjoy dining al fresco on beautiful days at the table while cooking-out on the gas BBQ grill. Parking for the residence offers space for five cars and there is also overflow parking in the HOA for guests to obtain another parking spot if needed.
