The owners have taken great pride in maintaining Villa Yak Alil to very high standards, and the full-time caretakers support guest needs, ensuring the grounds are maintained and that the pool and property is always well-kept and cleaned for guests, so as to only enjoy relaxing while there. On the ground floor the Great Room with its large picture windows provides a comfortable refuge from the hot sun to escape and lounge, while watching the large flat-screen TV or listening to music and reading. Enjoy dining and gathering around the communal table that adjoins the large fully-equipped entertaining kitchen with its stark white cabinetry, chic watermelon-red accent walls and black granite countertops. Or perhaps enjoy al fresco meals within the glassed-in patio dining table, perfect for small children or elderly guests who might wish to escape the sun.

The residence provides a total of five lovely bedrooms, however on the main level there are two bedrooms - one with a King Bed with small sitting area and ocean views; the other bedroom offers a Queen bed with tropical mangrove views. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, and there is also a half-bath on this level for convenience. On the second level guests can choose from two luxury Master Guest Suites - the first offers a King Bed and a Queen bed, with an alcove that has two Twin beds, a private bath, ocean views and a small sitting area between; the second suite offers two Queen Beds with an alcove that has a Double bed, private bath, ocean views and small sitting area. Between these two Suites is a larger sitting area with two Futon Beds, with access to the oceanfront balcony offering extraordinary views. On the third level of the villa there is a Luxury Master Suite with a King Bed, private bathroom, sitting area and a private balcony with ocean views.

Delight in the outside oasis that provides guests with an amazing infinity pool directly in front of the beach, dotted with palm trees and manicured tropical lush yard. Directly off the beach is the Tunich Reef, where guests can snorkel within the crystal clear water, take out a kayak (two on premise), play volleyball or just grab a cerveza and relax in a hammock. Enjoy lounging, gathering and entertaining in the various seating areas surrounding the pool; consider having morning coffee or afternoon margaritas on the third floor terrace, or perhaps poolside; dine al afresco and enjoy the night sky.
