Enjoy beautiful views of the fairway greens (Hole 11) of the Windows of San Miguel Signature Course, with mountain range vistas. Play golf on any of the multiple courses but the most challenging is the 18-hole Nick Faldo designed course. Step inside La Camila Casita and be immersed within a spacious modern-traditional architectural design infused with local Mexican ambiance. Showcasing stone, stucco, terra cotta tiling and exposed wooden beams, and decorated with local art and comfortable furnishings, the casita offers a comfortable oasis for guests to enjoy. The Living Room is perfect for relaxing with its open floor plan featuring a fireplace and vaulted ceiling, flows into the dining area for mealtimes. With entertaining in mind, there is also a lovely wine refrigerator and bar, as well as chic modern Kitchen that provides all one needs for cooking and gatherings. Guests can opt to dine indoors at the traditional dining table or celebrate with al fresco meals outdoors on the lovely arbored terrace-patio overlooking the landscaped garden. Any time of day enjoy the views, cook-out and then gather around with cocktails in the outdoor lounge with its wood-burning fireplace. Relax within either of the residence's four bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and with their own private bath and ample closet spaces. When work demands your attention, there is a small office to catch-up on emails with privacy. Guests can choose from four charming bedrooms, each offering a variety of bedding configurations and three have full private bathrooms; the Master Bedroom features a gas fireplace and private bathroom. For additional guests, there are also two new comfortable sofa beds located in the living room and there is a utility room with a bunk bed and full bathroom.

Guests can enjoy the conveniences surrounding the residence which include pleasant walks through the subdivision, access to the Club House restaurant to enjoy a la carte dining, and golfing the multiple courses offered. Guests are required to pay green fees directly at the Club House.

The casita offers ample parking for several cars on the street, and the community provides security guards who monitor the neighborhood.
