As you step inside this cottage retreat, creamy neutrals create a light and fun atmosphere, while seashells, starfish, and other nautical-inspired decor tell the story of a seaside dream. Clean white trim and hardwood floors carry on throughout each room. Plenty of seating is available in the bright and inviting living area, and the kitchen offers a functional space to enjoy meals. Your eyes can't help but be drawn to the reclaimed wood table with Bahama-blue rattan chairs that create a perfect spot for family game night.

The first floor provides a spacious bedroom for two and a full-sized bathroom, while the second floor hosts three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a calming place to rest your head at night with cooling colors and breezy curtains. The master also comes with a generous closet and en-suite bathroom. There are two additional rooms on the second floor: one with a queen bed and another with two single beds. The home has a separate structure guest house that sleeps an additional seven people in two traditional bunk beds and one twin-over-full bunk bed. For added convenience, the guest house also includes a half bath, AC, and closet.
