A sandy-toned exterior and a large front porch with a swing and rocking chairs welcome you to this marvelous four-bedroom, five-bathroom home. Shiplap walls, exposed wood beams, and a sliding barn door evoke an upscale maritime feel throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The chef's kitchen boasts stunning beveled-edge marble countertops, a gas range, premium stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. Seating for eight guests is available at the dining table, and four additional seats await at the adjacent breakfast bar. The living room beckons guests for a time of relaxation with plush furnishings and a large, flat-screen television mounted above the fireplace. A spacious laundry room and half bathroom accompany the first floor for added convenience.

Down the hall, you will uncover a beautiful and breezy master suite with a king bed, large windows, and French doors that access the screened back porch. Slide back the barn door to reveal the pristine ensuite bathroom with dual marble vanities, a glass-front shower, and a separate soaking tub. On the second floor are three gorgeous guest rooms. One room features a king bed; the other has a queen bed. Both have private bathrooms with a glass-front shower and a marble vanity. The home's final bedroom offers three queen beds, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a spacious closet with built-in cubbies.

A picturesque outdoor entertainment area awaits in the backyard, illuminated by dazzling string lights. The large paver patio plays host to a cozy outdoor fireplace with Adirondack chair seating and a summer kitchen with a gas grill.
