In the "Northeast Kingdom" of Vermont, on the Canada-US border, Jay Peak is a four-season destination promising thrilling adventures amidst a peaceful, scenic atmosphere. Located in the Green Mountains, Jay Peak offers over 385 acres of skiable terrain and receives the most snow in eastern North America. Across the road from the resort's Raccoon Run lift in the North Village lies an immaculate 2500 square foot home that just underwent a complete renovation, providing you with a top-notch luxury accommodation. The home has five richly appointed bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. It's the perfect getaway for families with kids or two families traveling together!

The main living area has a spacious open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living room that allows you to spread out and enjoy your vacation comfortably. The home flaunts brand new, high-end furniture, including an oversized modular dream couch in the family room that invites you to relax by the gas fireplace. This space also opens to the deck outside so you can breathe in the fresh air as you gaze upon the mountain views. The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances and stacked concrete quartz with a waterfall countertop and porcelain flooring. The peninsula has four camel-colored leather bar stools, perfect for après-ski drinks before dinner. Meanwhile, the dining area enjoys an oversized table with seating for ten under a stunning copper chandelier.

The first floor is home to two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with marble countertops. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bath outside of the room. All of the bathrooms have porcelain flooring, new vanities, lighting, and frameless glass doors.

Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, one full bathroom with his and hers sinks, and a family room with a custom-made couch, pool table, and 65" flatscreen TV. The first bedroom connects to the bathroom and has two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. The second bedroom has one full-over-full bunk bed, and the third room is an adorable room with a single bed.

The home appreciates a great location with a walking path to the Ice Haus skating arena. Winter enthusiasts will be quick to strap on their skis, snowboards, and snowshoes to enjoy the best snow in the East! The Pump House at Jay Peak is the only indoor waterpark in Vermont and features a double-barrel FlowRider, water slides, a 65' tall chute, and more. Play a round of golf at the resort's championship golf course or a game of disc golf with sweeping panoramic views. Whatever it is you're hoping to find, Jay Peak has it all!
