July 202430th!
I took my daughter for her 30th birthday and her first trip to Italy. We had the best time during our stay in Umbria! Our townhouse was stunning and beautifully appointed. The hostess, Ellen, met us at the house and gave us a through house tour. The view of the hills and the countryside were breaktaking. No detail was overlooked and the air conditioning was a welcomed relief especially with the unusual heat wave that was occuring during our stay. Ellen was the most gracious host. We found ourselves in a few unpredictable situations and nothing was too much for Ellen to come to the rescue and find a solution for us. All of our dining reservations were taken care of, including a ceramics class and locating a retired ceramic designer for me so I could make a purchase of an similar item in the house! The townhouse was a perfect homebase to use as we explored various towns during the day and came back to a luxurious dwelling that we called "home". I've already booked an apartment in Orvieto, my favorite town, in the parts of Umbia that we saw. ”

August 2022Enchanting getaway
I really cant say enough about this amazing property. It was so unique and special. The home is so lovely and well appointed and the town is enchanting. All of Ellen's recommendations were on point especially the 2 restaurants in Ficulle. This home was the perfect spot to launch our adventures in Umbria from. Skip Tuscany and go to Umbria so worth it!”

July 2022Spectacular stay in Ficulle!
I cannot express how thankful we were to stay at the Umbria Above Luxury Townhouse through THIRDHOME. Our hosts, Ellen and Arrigo, were so kind and welcoming upon our arrival in Ficulle and communication was extremely thorough regarding the property. They provided a wealth of information about the property and Ficulle before arrival, in addition to many different sights to see and recommended places to eat and explore in the area. The home is exquisite, well-maintained, and luxurious. We were so fortunate to explore the Umbrian countryside from the property and would welcome any opportunity to return. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and we hope to see you again! ”
