Casa Los Primos

Casa Los Primos is an expansive nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom home situated in the highly sought-after gated beach community—Playa La Mision—on the "Gold Coast" of the Baja California peninsula. This 8000 square foot Mediterranean-inspired residence spans three stories and features two kitchens, two living rooms, and two separate casitas—each with its own full bathroom. The home's lower oceanfront patio offers a beautiful palapa sheltering a large stone dining table, a brand new outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven and top of the line BBQ grill, and a huge fire pit. Best of all, it offers direct beach access from the lower patio, meaning you only need to take a few steps before your toes hit the warm sand.

The main residence welcomes you into an open and bright upper level. Here, you will find a marvelous chef's kitchen complete with a large island and high-end appliances to assist with your culinary endeavors. The kitchen pans over to a spacious dining area adorned with wall-to-wall windows providing incredible ocean views. A cozy living room awaits just a few feet away with a flatscreen TV, fireplace, and plush sofas. On this level, there are three bedrooms with full bathrooms (including the master) and two casita bedrooms (north and south) also with full bathrooms. A large balcony boasting 180-degree views of the ocean can be accessed from the dining and living areas as well as the master bedroom for your enjoyment.

Kids will be excited to escape to the game room on the middle level, where they can jump on the PlayStation, watch a movie, or compete with each other for playtime on one of the 412 games on the cocktail arcade. The game room is also outfitted with a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and two half baths.

Another flight of stairs takes you down to the lower beach level with four bedrooms (two bedrooms each with an additional side bedroom), two full baths, and a second living room and kitchen. The living room leads to the oceanfront patio, where you can experience the very best of outdoor entertaining. After swimming and building sandcastles at the beach, head back to the patio to fire up the pizza oven or BBQ for a delicious dinner. Sit around the stone dining table and watch the surfers and dolphins pass by—you might even catch a glimpse of the whales as they migrate! When evening draws near, gather around the fire pit for the perfect ending to a fun-filled day.

Surfing, horseback riding, sand dunes, zip-lining, music, dancing, and great food are at your fingertips when you stay at Casa Los Primos. There is a small colonia nearby with restaurants, a bakery (panaderia), grocery store, and hardware store. The famous La Fonda restaurant is a short drive away with live music and dancing at night and a great brunch (La Fonda was a favorite haunt of movie stars like Ali McGraw and Steve McQueen). Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo, and Ensenada are all within minutes for even more shopping, dining, and exploring. Lastly, we are only 30 minutes from the amazing Valle de Guadalupe wine country, where you can enjoy great wine and amazing food with beautiful vistas.

We also encourage you to inquire about our additional services, which include everything from basic cleaning, in-house chef, massage therapy, horse rental, surfboard rental, surf lessons, stand up paddleboard and kayak rental, personal drivers, and tours to nearby wine tasting and culinary wonders in the Valle de Guadalupe.

We offer six parking spaces in total; two spaces in each of our two-car garages and two additional spaces which block the garages. DO NOT BRING MORE THAN SIX CARS, AND DO NOT BLOCK THE ROAD.

We have one large coffee urn(45 cups), a standard 12 cup drip coffeemaker, a thermal French press, a Keurig machine, and a Nespresso machine. Please provide your own pods and coffee.

We do not allow the use of fireworks, given the risk of fire and stress to local horses and animals. This is something we share with the community and the security personnel working to keep the area safe.
