The vaulted wood walls and ceilings create a warm environment that matches the acres of land outside the home. New furnishings and an ultra-modern fireplace give even more comfort to the house. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and convertible convection oven, along with a charming coffee bar that will get some good use! Barstool counters make for the perfect place to eat a quick breakfast before running out, or you can enjoy a meal around the 10-seat dining table.

Make your way onto the stunning multi-layer deck, and the views will further amaze you. With plenty of lounge options and a brand new hot tub, you can spend as much time as you'd like out in the open air (but don't be surprised if you see a bear or deer greet you from below!). There is a grill available, making it easy to dine al fresco. Down the stairs and out onto the sprawling land, you can sit around the cozy firepit and have smores or tell stories about the good ole days like the ones you will have here. Further out, there is even a flat rock perfect for morning meditations.

Back inside, the bedroom space is ample. The master bedroom suite is incredible with a king-sized mattress, lounge with a flat-screen television, a large walk-in closet, and fantastic mountain views. The ensuite bathroom has been completely renovated and offers great peace and tranquility with a large soaker tub, double vanity, and a double shower. The second guest bedroom features a king-sized pull-out sofa with a large flat-screen television and a place to set up desk space. Downstairs, there are two more guest bedrooms, full-sized bunk beds in one with a twin-sized trundle bed, and the other with a queen bed. Both downstairs bedrooms have their own flat-screen televisions and share a renovated full bathroom with a luxurious rain shower.

Just 25 minutes to Downtown Asheville, you can be dining at premier restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the top-rated town in an instant.
