Wow! Beautiful home and adventure

We had the most wonderful trip to Pylos! The home is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location for day trips across the peninsula. Our hosts were so accommodating with our home questions and community questions. The house is gorgeous and the ocean views stunning. We took day trips from the beautiful home and enjoyed returning home to be quiet bedrooms. We traveled with four adult couples and it was the perfect stay. ”

Pylos Pleasures

Thank you to the lovely family of Koa Spa Villa they were excellent hosts to the Pylos Party People (P3) crew. Franziska & Nikos were a pleasure to communicate and coordinate our planning. We threw a few challenges at them to elevate our comfort and enjoyment at the villa and they attempted to meet each one of them. The villa is as advertised in the search and lovely, full of comfort and amenities. A little challenging to find in the dark but a stunning view once there is light. The location is convenient for many activities but a lovely place to just rest, relax and lounge if you have no place to go. We would advise that if you do go in the off season and winter months be aware some of the amenities are limited, but it does not overly impact on your stay. We would recommend this stay to all third home members. ”

Absolutely gorgeous villa!

There were nine of us that stayed in this Villa for a week, and it was wonderful! The hosts were very attentive, and answered our every question. The home is beautiful and the pool/patio is perfect! Giovanna and Pylos have many shops and restaurants with great food. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

Amazing setting and Villa

We had a wonderful stay, the host and property manager were so welcoming and on hand to answer any questions we had, to be honest they went above and beyond to help ensure that we had a great stay. The views from the villa were breathtaking and the villa itself light, airy and beautifully decorated and furnished, giving it the feel of a boutique hotel. We had some great meals out, spent time at Voidokilia beach and Methoni castle, both beautiful and fascinating. I hope to return some day to play golf, the courses looked stunning set by the sea.
