The GullWing Beach Resort is considered one of the best accommodations for vacationing on Fort Myers Beach. The building is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with seven miles of sugar-white sand to enjoy. Watch the dolphins play in the water, capture a photo of the breathtaking sunsets, and experience tons of great restaurants, bars, and shopping on Estero Island. The GullWing also offers plenty of amenities to choose from, such as a gated resort-size pool, jacuzzi spa, private parking, an elevated tennis court, covered picnic/grilling area, and a private gated boardwalk leading straight out to the beautiful beach.

The luxurious Nest 301 features three stately bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room and a rollaway if needed. The living room has expansive wall-to-wall sliding glass doors (with black-out blinds) leading out to a large, private, screened lanai that comes fully furnished to enjoy the outdoors with south-facing island views and a side view of the Gulf with spectacular sunsets. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and has all of the necessary items to make preparing meals fun and enjoyable. You can enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar or gather for formal meals at the large table for six in the separate dining room.

When it comes to entertainment, Nest 301 has Direct TV for unlimited movie watching with hundreds of TV and movie channels, HBO, plus a DVD player. There is a wet bar area in the living room for cocktails where you can enjoy hours of endless fun playing games as we provide chess, cards, poker chips, board games, and more!

Each bedroom has its own TV, sitting area, and private glass door leading to the lanai. The master suite is very spacious with a king bed, large walk-in closet, jetted tub, and luxurious walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and access to a huge hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

No use taking up luggage space with beach gear as we provide coolers, chairs, towels, an umbrella, plus tons of recreational items, including boogie boards, snorkeling gear, floats, bat/whiffle balls, nerf football, and a real football to throw around on the beach. We have also provided two tennis rackets and balls for those who wish to use the GullWing tennis court amenities.

There are many activities on the island to enjoy, such as the Santini Marina Shopping Plaza, restaurants & eateries, a marina for kayak & boat rentals, and even a beach theater. An island trolley stops in front of the GullWing for a short ride to the Ft. Myers Pier & Times Square (check hours of operation directly with the trolley company). At the far north end of the island is Bowditch Point Park featuring a turtle walk, beach, and boat pass. The far south end of the island is Lovers Key State Park which is wonderful for hiking, canoeing, and kayaking.
