This property is a duplex set up with one large shared front lanai. One side of the estate has three comfortable, large bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, and one half bath. The other side of the estate has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

There are two kitchens, two washer and dryer stations, two living rooms with televisions and couches to relax on. The large oceanfront lanai is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. There are tall tables on the lanai and deep, unique, comfortable chairs to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

We are located on the oceanfront, eight minutes to Polynesian Cultural Center and 15 minutes to the world-famous Turtle Bay Resort with 5-star restaurants, surf lessons, horseback riding, helicopter tours, poolside bars, and restaurants, and more. We are also a 30-45 minute drive to Kailua town, which has Target, Whole Foods, and several other shopping plazas.

There are several beaches and beach parks in Hauʻula, including Hauʻula Beach Park, ʻAukai Beach Park, Kokololio Beach Park, and Mahakea Beach.

Hauʻula also offers excellent hiking. Locals and visitors alike can enjoy the 2.5-mile Hauʻula Loop trail that wraps along the side of the mountain, providing great views of the coast and protecting reef.
