A secluded and exceptionally spacious 4 bedroom (2850 Sq ft) southwest-facing lake house with uninterrupted views over Bowmoor Lake. Set discretely behind established woodland all rooms share unspoiled views of the lake.

The contemporary open living space with wood burner and Bang & Olufsen TV, the well-equipped kitchen, and large Dining Area are well separated from the four bedrooms and four Bathrooms which comfortably sleeps 10.

The living area has an enormous U Shaped sofa with seating for 6 Workstations with a Desk and Chair Wood burner Sonos speaker system (Sonos 1) and a Reading area.

The Utility Room, with its side door that leads to the lake, with a separate washer and dryer is the perfect place to hang your swim stuff after a dip in the Lake. The panoramic views from Bowmoor Hideaway are arguably one of the best at The Lakes.

The Master Bedroom (First Floor) has a Super-king Size Bed, large sofa, TV, dressing table (or this could double as a desk if you need to work from home), large wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath and built-in TV, separate large shower, two sinks in large marble vanity unit and separate WC.

On the first floor, you will also find the Primary Guest Room, with a King Size Bed, Chest of drawers, relaxing armchair, large wardrobe, and ensuite with shower; and another bedroom, with two bunk beds with truckle beds and large wardrobe, two chests of drawers and ensuite shower room with separate bath.

On the ground floor, the Secondary Guest Room, with two single beds which can be put together to make one large bed, large chest of drawers, large sofa, hanging for clothes.

You will find a variety of activities within walking distance, including Zipline, Tree Top Walks, Climbing, Tennis, Cricket Nets, Golf Nets, Bike hire, Indoor heated pool, Steam Room, Sauna, Hot Tub, Spa, Fishing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Pool Table, Swimming, Playground, a small farm on-site, restaurant/cafe, security, and concierge plus many more amenities available.

Amazingly peaceful retreat

A gorgeous week spent watching the water, reading and chatting. This is a lovely comfortable and modern home where care has been taken to provide a great experience for guests. The master bedroom view is spectacular making this a five star retreat.”
