Reunion High Luxe

Reunion High Luxe is a new, ultra-modern, custom-built villa equipped with a thoughtful layout to serve as the perfect fit for your retreat to sunny Central Florida! This vast, 6,900 square foot home sleeps 18 guests and features seven large master suites and three custom-designed connecting children's rooms. For privacy, you'll find nine full bathrooms and two half baths. This is a phenomenal home for families as you'll have endless entertainment via the two great game rooms, the private home theater, and a custom pool with a spillover spa. You'll also take advantage of incredible scenery with beautiful views of the adjacent Arnold Palmer championship golf course's 8th, 9th, 10th, 16th, and 17th holes.

Upon entering, the foyer will lead you into an elaborate and open floor plan, taking full advantage of the ample square footage. Relive the day's many activities with the whole family in one of the comfortable seating areas in the living rooms, which also features a large SMART TV, perfect for movie night or the big game. The chef of the group will be elated upon seeing the brand new kitchen and will likely find it to be a dream place to prepare meals for all in this fully equipped and custom space. Start your day at the breakfast bar for a quick brunch before you hit the road, or enjoy a family meal around the dining table in the formal dining space with seating for up to 12.

Take full advantage of the private pool deck with a 30-foot West-facing custom pool that features a spillover spa and sun shelf. Spend the day sunbathing on one of the nine new sun loungers or two ledge loungers that surround the pool. In the warm Florida climate, be sure to utilize the summer kitchen at the high top that can seat six, or end your day taking in the lovely Florida sunset with a glass of wine as it descends over the golf course backdrop.

You'll find three master suites on the ground floor, each outfitted with new King-sized beds and each with en-suite bathrooms and SMART TVs. Climb the stairs to the second floor, and you will find seven more bedrooms, including three master suites and three custom kid's rooms, one featuring twin over twin bunks. The little ones will have sweet dreams surrounded by some of their favorite and most recognizable characters in one of the two underwater themed bedrooms or defeating darkness in the modern, ultra themed bedroom. The fun never ends with all three of these bedrooms connected by slides! There's certainly more than plenty here to keep the kids entertained! The 9th bedroom has entertainment, too, with a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the group to enjoy. All suites have their own en-suite baths and SMART TVs.

This villa is perfect for entertaining with two private game rooms and a stunning and comfortable home theater. For the group's athletes, enjoy playing hoops on the indoor basketball court surrounded by a chain gate and custom graffiti. Then, go through the gate and find yourself in the fully-equipped arcade, complete with Pop-A-Shot, Skee-Ball, Racing, and several arcade games. You'll find another massive game room full of fun for the whole family on the second floor. Be sure to plan at least one game night with Air Hockey, Foosball, Pool, and much more. Or, grab a drink and then check out the multiplayer Cocktail Arcade Table that can host up to four players simultaneously. Surrounding the room are 12 SMART TVs, including a large Jumbotron debuting as the centerpiece. This is the dream setup for any sports fan, and you can live it up while you take in all the games you can handle! For convenience sake, you'll find a fully equipped bar so you can avoid trips back and forth to the kitchen. For a quieter setup, be sure to walk across the hall to the private theater that includes a projection screen, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, and a spare HDMI cord for your convenience to connect your laptop or tablet. There's certainly plenty to do in the area, but just as much to do indoors in this home!

The following Reunion Resort amenities require House Guest Registration. Guest must have pre-registered five days prior to arrival in order to have access to the following amenities listed below:

To obtain a Guest Card, you must register in advance and pay the applicable resort fees. All Reunion property owners with membership have a limited number of days they can appoint to house guests. Therefore, the house guest registration is not for the entire length of your stay, just the specific date(s) available.

COLLECTION OF HOUSEGUEST CARDS:
Passes should be collected from the Membership Office located in the Grande, which is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Houseguests arriving Saturday evening through Monday morning may pick up their House guest cards at the front desk in the Grande.

Photograph identification will be required from one adult in the party to pick up the house guest cards. All House guest adults must show their house guest card and photo ID for access to the Reunion golf courses, tennis facility, and water park.
