You don't even need a car! You are a short walking distance from John Pennekamp Park, dive shops, bars, restaurants, and marina, or just take the Golf Cart or cruising bikes on tour.

The two-story open floor plan makes this home an enjoyable retreat with calming views of the dock and cove. Some of the fantastic extras include Large Flat Screen TV's on both floors, home theater surround sound on the first-floor game room, and a second home theater on the second-floor family room. Listen to music wherever you are, inside or outside the home from Alexa, Bluetooth, or radio.
Completing the upstairs is a new kitchen featuring high-end appliances, a large dining table, and counter bar seating. Around the corner is a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs Primary Suite boasts a king-size Sleep Number bed, ensuite bathroom with vanity counter, a spacious jetted soaking tub with great spray options, and an electronic heated massaging bidet/toilet. Downstairs includes a large game room with a Billiard/Air Hockey/Ping Pong table. The downstairs offers two separate bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with bunk beds. A dual sink vanity and separate private shower/toilet bathroom. The entire home is automated with high-speed wifi and can be controlled from multiple manual wall switches, the pad controller, or Alexa voice control.

The backyard faces the swimming laguna shared with Jules Undersea Lodge and Dive Center. Available outside is a boat dock, a deep water channel, a small ramp for paddle boards and kayaks, outside patio seating, a barbecue grill, and outside shower. Provided free of charge a Golf Cart, a two-person kayak, a two-person clear kayak, and three single-person kayaks, two paddle boards, and a paddle dingy for your enjoyment.

The Laguna is also a haven for friendly manatees. Relax in the outside six-person Jacuzzi while grilling on the barbecue and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers from your phone or Pandora through Alexa. Kick your feet up and lounge in the lazy hammock!

If you like outside excursions, the home is near many dive charters, fishing charters, and boat or jet ski rental companies. Some will feasibly pick you up or bring the watercraft to the home via water. Parasailing and other water activities and a bird sanctuary center close by too!

Final notes: If you're bringing a boat, the county will only permit you to bring one (1) registered boat docked during your stay.

The house has a wide and deep water canal basin.

For security and safety reasons, there are six cameras around the outside of the house.
