As you drive through the automatic gates to access this private, fully gated property, you'll immediately see the magnificent glistening sapphire blue ocean, which offers breathtaking sunsets year-round. This private estate is located on nearly one acre of land and is approx—5000 square feet (excluding owners suite). The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom. Three spacious bedrooms (with full bathrooms) are found in the main home, and one bedroom with its ensuite bathroom is inthe separate cottage overlooking the pool and ocean.

Take your shoes off, enjoy the soft feel of the elegant light walnut floors as you step in, and take in the spectacular views through large glass sliders and high windows. The home's inviting, open, and natural-light-filled floor plan leads you through an entry area with a vast ocean view, to two spacious living rooms (one of which has a 75-inch flat-screen TV, and the other one is connected to the large kitchen), a separate mediation (or office) suite with a lounge sofa and a writing desk, and the large kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. All these areas have unobstructed ocean views and lead you through oversized glass sliders to the large, mostly covered outside decks with unobstructed ocean and sunset views year-round and features a covered dining area that seats 8 comfortably, an outside gas fireplace area that seats 8, a large, covered lounge area that seats 12 persons, and the large saltwater pool and spa (heated year-round), with pool lounge chairs all around.

The spacious kitchen has marble and high-quality quartz countertops and top-notch stainless-steel appliances, including a glass-top electric oven, a convection oven, an air fryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a wine cooling fridge, and a large fridge with freezer, and filtered water. Bedroom configuration:

First floor: "Blue Room" with Queen bed, writing desk, chest, flat screen TV, armoire closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and small vanity.

Second floor: "Golden Room" with Queen bed, writing desk, flat screen TV, Split AC, walk-in closet in large ensuite bathroom, with separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower, and vanity. "Purple Room" with Twin Day Bed that pulls out to two twin beds, writing desk with ocean view, built-in closet, chest, Split AC, ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.

Separate "Cottage Suite" with day bed (that can be pulled out to two twins), armoire closet, with mini-fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, cook plate, some cookware, dishes, utensils, and glasses, ensuite ocean-view bathroom with walk-in shower.

Things to note:
Pool and spa are not fenced. Surface around the pool & spa may be slippery when wet. Owners are held harmless in case of any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises. Owners are not liable for loss / damage of guests' personal items.
