Provisioning and Other Fees
Provisioning set at €1500 each, minimum €10000 if in the case of a smaller group. This amount is due before your scheduled journey.
This fee includes:
- Transfer from Dalaman Havalimanı Airport (DLM) to the yacht
- Crew services, breakfast, lunch, dinner, wine, and beverages (if guests want high-quality wines, they can bring their own or purchase them on board).
Approximately 4 hours of cruising per day (any extra can be agreed upon and paid separately).
This fee does not include tips for the crew which are expected to be paid in cash on board and are separate to the above.
When it is the guests' wish not to anchor in a bay, and instead moor in a marina away from the marina of origin, any costs incurred will be at the guests' expense.
Reserve Property
The Reserve tier within ThirdHome is a collection of qualified higher-end homes. The required key values to book these homes and exchange fees are higher than other homes in the Club.

May 2023An unforgettable experience
Weeks before the journey began, the captain contacted us to ask about arrival times and preferences for the stay and food on board. From the conversation that followed, you could already tell he loved his guests. And so everything went perfectly. We were expected at the airport, and after a 45-minute drive we got our first surprise. The crew had prepared small appetisers and sushi and so the reception on board was the first experience. A week full of natural beauty and loving arrangements by the crew followed. The captain discussed the possible destinations each time - undisturbed bays or even clubs on the water. We learned to water ski, bathed in mud, visited the Hamam or ancient theatres - already early in the morning while sleeping we moved to a new bay - a dream of a private holiday in a floating luxury hotel. Every morning for breakfast a little surprise, in the evening a barbecue on deck or a fine dinner - there were hardly any limits to the imagination. The crew really tried to anticipate our wishes and adapted to our small group. Even tendering at night to a trendy club was a matter of course. Since there are many possibilities for retreat in the shade or sun on board, everyone was able to build their own holiday spot. The ship is luxuriously and yet very comfortably furnished, everything is in perfect condition. You notice that the owners themselves are on board a lot - you simply feel welcome.
