Description

Mi Cielo in Santa Fe

Views, views, and more views! This exquisite, three-bedroom, four-bathroom estate is brimming with modern Santa Fe style and offers exceptional unimpeded views of Sangre de Cristo and Jemez mountain ranges, as well as the Badlands. This magnificent property is located less than ten minutes from the Plaza, Canyon Road, and the Santa Fe Opera.

This home was recently custom built and features high-end modern amenities, while giving a nod to its roots in Santa Fe’s territorial style. Every detail has been hand chosen from the high ceilings to the wood floors with radiant heat. The owners have punctuated the home’s beauty with their impressive art collection - from Touchon to Slonem.

You’ll immediately feel right at home in the chic but cozy living room with massive wood beams dancing overhead while warmth and ambiance roar from the fireplace. Unwind in the gorgeous office and curl up in front of the second fireplace while getting lost in your favorite book.

You will appreciate the home’s pristine chef-inspired kitchen, complete with an impressive quartzite island that seats four, spacious black granite countertops, and top-notch appliances, including a dual-oven and six-burner gas stove by Wolf. The kitchen opens onto a dining table that seats 12, or you can step outside and dine on the patio - both experiences are framed by spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

This home sleeps up to ten guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and television. Relax in the oversized tub or under the rain shower while enjoying the views. The first guest room has a king bed, a built-in extra-long single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second guest room features two queen beds, an extra-long single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks and an oversized shower. One to two additional guests could stay on the full-sized pull-out couch in the library, where a dedicated bathroom with a large shower is across the hall. The library has its own fireplace and television.

After a long day of sightseeing, art shopping, or hiking in the mountains, gather around the fire pit on the east portal or the outdoor fireplace on the west portal. Or, watch a movie by the indoor fireplace in the large family room with leather recliners and an extra deep couch.

Santa Fe offers the best of city life combined with the exquisite calm of nature. Make this gorgeous estate your home-away-from-home.

In short: AMAZING!

Warren and Tina could not have been more generous and accommodating in letting us stay in their beautiful, elegant home for our 4-day 9th wedding anniversary trip. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved every nook and corner of the warmly and elegantly decorated home, and its breathtaking 360 degree views of the magical mountain ranges. We will be back for sure :) Again - we are sending a BIG THANK YOU to Tina and Warren.”

A Jewel in the Crown of 3rd Home

This is clearly one of the finest homes in our 3rd home portfolio. From its location at the top of the hill with a 360 degree view of the surrounding terrain to the art collections throughout the house, this is a magnificent home. It is an architectural winner as well with the 12 foot ceilings, and appointment to detail in its construction. My wife and I hope to come back many times. John and Mary Lou”

First Class in Santa Fe

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Santa Fe, and this is one of the best furnished homes we have stayed in through Third Home. The home is professionally and very well decorated and feels more like someone's private home rather than a rental or even second home. While the outside in understated and reminiscent of classic and more simple Santa Fe architecture, the interior spaces and furnishings are a complete knock out, and nothing short of very high end and high quality design. Everything in the home is immaculate. Throughout the home are gorgeous wood floors, high ceilings with wood beams, expansive windows, remote controlled shades, and an enormous gourmet kitchen and master suite. The home has been recently updated with a slightly southwestern but very tasteful ethnic yet desert modern feel with rich colors and patterns throughout. There is beautiful artwork and designer objects that have been careful selected and placed. The master suite is fabulous and has a wonderful master bathroom that is light and bright, with everything you would ever need. The home has many windows to show off beautiful views from every side and every room. Looking out towards the back, all one can see is a lush mountain landscape. In the front, we enjoyed a radiant sunset. Since it was only two of us, we did not use the other bedrooms, but they appeared very nice. There were also outdoor seating areas, a gas pit and fireplace that could be enjoyed. The location is in an exclusive but somewhat remote area, about 12 minutes outside of the downtown. However, we felt very safe, and the home has a nice security system. We were only a few minutes away from the world famous Opera House where we were able to enjoyed a concert with amazing acoustics. The downtown area of Santa Fe itself has many interesting galleries with unique and fine art, jewelry and objects that could easily fill 2 -3 days, or even more if you are looking for something special. The owners, Warren and Tina, could not have been more hospitable, helpful and personable. They provided a very detailed but easy list of directions since the home has many custom features. We were sad we were unable to arrive on our schedule day to our own work and personal conflicts, but the owners were so kind to offer us to stay a bit longer which we would have if we could have changed our flights and other travel arrangements. We would highly recommend this luxury home.”
