Private Island Chalet - Gateway to Yellowstone

Welcome to this beautiful newly-built 4000 square foot log lodge on IP Bills Island, only 35 minutes from West Yellowstone National Park entrance! Situated in a pine forest only 600 feet from the island resident's boat launch on Island Park Reservoir, this five-bedroom, two-bathroom chalet comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests.

Upon entering this magnificent home, you will immediately notice the vaulted ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you stunning views of the evergreens in the distance and the occasional wildlife walking by to say hello. After a long day hiking, kick back on the comfy wrap-around sofa and embrace the warmth and ambiance from the fireplace.

Your inner chef will be delighted to spend time in the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and an eat-in bar for seven. Gather to eat around the dining table that seats ten, or eat a casual meal outdoors on the wrap-around porch after grilling.

The kid in you will love the large game room, with ping pong, foosball, and a 65" crystal UHD TV with surround sound system, perfect for those cold, snowy nights. For more entertainment, gather around the stone-lined fire pit and roast S'mores.

This chalet offers five bedrooms. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an additional bedroom with twin-over-queen bunk beds. These rooms share a beautiful bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with a queen and twin bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower.

As a gateway to Yellowstone, Island Park has gained a reputation as a destination independent of the National Park.
