Beautiful brownstone in a great location. Convenient to shopping and restaurants in Hyde Park. Walking distance to Hyde Park Village and there’s a breakfast place with great food a block away. The brownstone was immaculate and had everything you need in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Huge TV in each bedroom and in the living room. I would definitely come back to my home away from home!”

Excellent Location and Great Host

The place was within walking distance to excellent shops and restaurants and the host is very easy to work with. No issues with their place, however, the garage is very tight. This is a true second home so there are personal items throughout the whole unit and no dedicated closet space for guests in the main bedroom. The stairs might be an issue for some but overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tampa.”

Cozy place in a great neighborhood!

The Soho/Hyde Park neighborhood is the perfect place for a ThirdHome stay. So many restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk, and also easy to walk to the long strolling path along Bayshore Blvd. This brownstone is well appointed, with comfortable beds, nice furnishings and a great kitchen. Everything feels very clean and updated.”

Thanksgiving Week Visit

The house is in a great location with bars, restaurants, Starbucks and a CineBistro within easy walking distance and just a few minutes’ drive from the freeway to get around town. Door codes make accessing the garage and house very simple and good detailed instructions on how to use everything from Trinnie. House is cosy and nicely furnished and kitchen equipped with everything that you need. (Only minor point was that being a family holiday home, there was no room in the wardrobes for us to put any clothing. A hairdryer would also have been a plus although not a big deal as I always pack my travel dryer.) Thanks for a great stay :) ”

Great stay and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The brownstone was great - two spacious bedrooms, washer dryer, kitchen, and everything that you need for a nice stay. The best thing about the property is the location - it is right near Hyde Park Village and lots of great restaurants, including Bern's Steakhouse. It is about a half mile walk to Bayshore Blvd which is great place to walk. We will definitely look to stay here again!”

Satisfying Stay at the Beautiful brownstone in Hyde Park

The host provided excellent information on the house and how to access the house since they were not available for check-in. The townhouse is very centrally located to take advantage of all the Tampa area has to offer. Things to keep in mind though are the following: 1. This is an second home which the owners live in so the refrigerator and bedroom drawers/closets are packed with their items leaving little room your your items. 2. It is very difficult to park a car in the garage as the owners store one of their cars in the back of the garage. Unless your car is a compact, it may be impossible for you to get the car in the garage and close the garage door and it may be impossible to park outside of the garage. I was able to get an intermediate size car in but it was very difficult and I had to keep getting out of the car to make sure I still had additional space to back up more (Note that the only way in general to get into the garage is to back-up into it). 3. If you plan on cooking make sure you turn on the over fan as the smoke detector is very sensitive and may go off when you are cooking. 4. The TV in the living room and the internet kept going down while I was there. Not sure if this is a common problem or not. Overall though it was a good stay and the owners did note the first 3 issues above in the information they provided but it's important to point these things out so you won't be surprised. It's a great townhouse though given the location and I would gladly stay there again now that I know what to expect.”

High end home in super location

Fully renovated, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped (including the largest TVs we have seen in a long time!), this home also enjoys a convenient location with multiple restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. For those who don't like stairs, the 4-floor layout may not be ideal, but for us the set-up was perfect. Our hosts also provided plenty of recommendations for enjoying the area.”
