The Above Punta Mita

Welcome to The Above Punta Mita at the Four Seasons. Inside the gates of Punta Mita and on the grounds of The Four Seasons with resort amenity access, this fabulous penthouse residence is perched above the Pacific Ocean and boasts over 4,300 square feet of interior living space with exceptional views.

The Penthouse takes up the entire top floor allowing each room to have gorgeous oceanfront views. The living room has a large flat screen tv, as do each of the Penthouse's four bedrooms. The gourmet kitchen has top-end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and everything you may need to create a wonderful meal for your loved ones. Keep in mind, you do have access to Four Seasons room service and private chefs.

The Penthouse has two King Master Bedrooms with private Lanais that have stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Both masters also have an outdoor shower or outdoor soaking tub. There are separate terraces off both rooms with two lounge chairs and a seating area.

Two secondary bedrooms have two queen or full beds, each with an en suite bathroom and ocean view lanais.

The main lanai terrace has an infinity-edge plunge pool, a dining table, lounge space, and a stainless steel gas grill.

All guests have full access and charging privileges to the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort. With 24-hour room service or grocery stocking services, you can fill your villa's refrigerator and pantry anytime before or during your stay. 24-hour Four Seasons Owners Services is available to assist in making your stay as pleasant and as easy as possible. If you wish, a pre-arrival specialist can contact you a month in advance of your arrival to help you make reservations at restaurants, book golf and tennis times, spa appointments, arrange local excursions or ocean activities, etc. 24/7 Four Seasons Concierge will help you plan activities and answer any questions while you are in residence. Daily housekeeping services are provided free of charge. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available through the Four Seasons. Private car service to and from the PVR airport is available through the Four Seasons Owner Services.
