Description

One of Malaga’s most beautiful houses situated on one of Malaga’s most charming streets. Five minutes from the City’s stunning historic centre, two minutes from the ever evolving and trendy Soho, home to Malaga’s alternative street-art scene. On your doorstep one of Malaga’s most magical markets and some of the best restaurants the city has to offer. Calle Ancha Del Carmen, is situated in Perchel, the City’s oldest fishing district and just five minutes from the sea, and some of the City's finest beaches. The house is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and a stones-throw from the main railway station and everything Andalucia has to offer. Beautifully decorated, filled with art, antiques and character, the house boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an atrium and a wonderful double deck roof terrace with its own separate kitchen.

This wonderful historic building maintains traditional Andalusian architectural features, with thick walls, which keep the interior cool during the summer, a sunny interior patio, beautiful Andalucian antique tiles throughout and six balconies.

With plenty of space, and a stunning roof terrace, stays at this house are perfect for families or small groups of friends looking for the perfect City escape. The house is one of only a few historic casas available to rent in the Centre of Malaga and if you are seeker of Spanish tradition, the street is famous for its Church and frequent religious processions which walk straight past Perchel 57's window.

Revamped and revitalised, Malaga is one of Spain's top destinations for luxury tourism. The City boasts 16 beaches, a wealth of wonderful museums, an exciting culinary scene and a jaw-dropping array of cultural attractions.

Perchel 57's proximity to Malaga's main train station makes day trips to the Caminito Del Rey, Cordoba, Granada and Seville easy, although visitors may find it hard to stray too far once there.
