The exterior living is unbeatable with an automatic cover and solar heated pool, cabana with a dining table, a hot tub, bocce court, a fire pit, and an above-ground vegetable garden to utilize during the summer months.

The gated property offers a three-bedroom main house with two full baths and one half bath. There is a pool house with its own living space. The main home has been tastefully designed and features an open concept floor plan with a dining room, family room, office space, a gourmet chef's kitchen, and a sunroom with a pool table, additional lounge seating, and views of the vineyards.

The master suite has a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, custom built-in closet space, and a newly renovated spa-inspired bathroom with a steam shower. French doors open up to a private deck where you can spend a quiet evening under the stars.

The first guest room has a queen bed, while the second guest room has a king bed; both face the same direction allowing afternoon sunlight to warm the rooms. With advanced notice, the king bed can be modified to two twin beds.

The sunroom has a pool table and desk space, but it also can become a bedroom with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.

The detached pool house with its vaulted ceilings opens up to the lap pool and fruit orchard. There is It a king bed, kitchenette, seating area, TV, desk space, and brand new HVAC system. The bathroom is outfitted with a shower and an eco-safe, dry tank toilet (electric incinerating toilet). Depending on your guests and preferences, the space can work as sleeping quarters - especially for those comfortable with eco-technology.

When you are ready to venture off property and take a break from tasting delicious wines, the Historic Sonoma Plaza is walkable (accessible through a lovely residential area) where there is plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
