Elm by the Sea

Located just blocks from the iconic sugar white sand beaches of the gulf, Elm by the Sea is a beautiful home that consists of a main house and guest cottage with a fenced private pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Your trip is sure to be filled with never-ending memories of time well spent by the ocean.

The tastefully designed home boasts eight bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 24 guests. Ideal for friends, family reunions, or corporate retreats, everyone who enters is sure to enjoy their time in the Seagrove community. Just down the street from the food trucks and shopping of Seaside, fun is to be had in every direction.

The home is just a short drive to all the beautiful restaurants and beaches in the unbeatable 30A area. Dine, shop, and find hidden treasures along the way as you explore the town and surrounding cities.

Main House: Upstairs

The home's main level features a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and high-end fixtures. Dine at the counter, dining table, or outside on the exceptional screened-in porch with two additional dining tables. The living room is beautiful, with a large TV and comfortable lounge seating. There is a laundry room, powder bath, and a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom.

Main House: Lower level

The lower level of the main house is where the front door is located, along with a porch full of beach cruisers for everyone to enjoy. As you enter, there are two queen bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Down the hall is a large bunk room with four built-in queen beds, two twin trundle beds, and a hall bathroom with a shower. A multi-purpose room with a sofa, TV, arcade games and two twin built-in bunk beds gives you even more room for additional sleepers.

Guest Cottage:

The guest cottage is a wonderful addition to the space and features a full kitchen, a small dining table, a sofa, and a TV. There is a king bedroom suite with an attached bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer. The cottage also offers a small bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom in the hallways, and a mini bunk room with twin-size built-in bunks.

Head outside, and you will be amazed by the paved patio, lounge chairs, heated pool, hot tub, gas firepit, and beautifully landscaped yard. An additional patio has a gas grill, dining table, and ping pong.

In addition to the eight+ beach cruisers, the owners also provide eight beach chairs, an assortment of sand toys, and a six-passenger golf cart.

Please note:
The street-legal, licensed golf cart is on site for your use by a separate rental agreement. Only licensed drivers 25 years and older may operate it. The rental rate is $150/day for the duration of your stay. Golf carts may be driven from the home to downtown Seaside and Watercolor to the west and to Seagrove and Watersound (the Hub) to the east.
