Upon entering, you're greeted by an airy open concept living space. The kitchen area has been finely appointed with butcher block countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast counter for casual dining. A cool custom barn style door leads you to the bathroom, which features all new fixtures and toilet, dual sinks and a beautiful subway tile tub/shower combo with glass door.

You'll love the king bedroom, which has a sitting area with private sliding door access to the back patio. The garage has been converted into a second bedroom and includes two full beds.

Moving on to the backyard, you'll find a gorgeous new wooden back deck with shade ramada which enjoys stunning views of the Joshua Tree mountains. You'll love the fun outdoor saloon area that has electrical and lighting, as well as the cowboy pool that's surrounded by a matching wooden deck. Solar lighting and endless views are enjoyed throughout this ample outdoor living space.

We are in Sunfair which is a 10-minute drive to Down Town Joshua Tree. This is the more private area of Joshua Tree. All of the neighbors are spread out much more than the downtown area, so if you are looking for a property with privacy for you and your friends, ours is ideal. Stargazing is also much better here compared to downtown since there is less light pollution. There is a small portion of the drive to the property where you will be on a dirt road. Please keep in mind (especially during the wet months), an SUV or Truck is going to be best. + 10 Minute drive to Downtown Joshua Tree + 15 Minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance + 25 Minute drive to Pioneertown + 55 Minute drive to Palm Springs
