This beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in Tahoe Donner, and those who stay have access to guest passes that give them access to all the amenities this community provides (for only a small fee of $17 per day!). The house is located minutes from downtown Truckee, and the house is within walking distance of the recreation center that offers three hot tubs, massages, fitness classes, a gym, and two swimming pools.

Tahoe Donner’s recreational amenities include a championship golf course, world-class cross-country ski facility, alpine ski area, tennis center (with lessons and clinics), swimming pools, recreation and fitness center, equestrian center, main clubhouse with restaurant and bar facilities, and a private beach club at the east end of Donner Lake, just minutes away. Kid’s camps, playground equipment, and sand volleyball courts are also available to members and their guests.

With its views of the NorthStar Ski runs it has plenty of room for all your guests. Boasting two fireplaces and two living room areas, there is no need to worry about options. Wake up every morning to coffee on the porch taking in the sweeping views from Mt Rose to Sugar Bowl. Enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a fun-filled day in the mountains taking in the Alpen Glow.

There are four spacious bedrooms to choose from. The primary room offers a queen bed with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. The guest rooms have a queen bed, a bunk bed, and three twin beds.
